LZ pantent sand recycle system is designed on the base of absorbing world advanced technology and combining with the domestic applications of the sand making industrial. As we know, current sand washing machine wheel bucket type or screw spiral type can’t process fines below 3mm, that’s why we produce this system.

Working principle

Through rubber pipes sand and water mixture is extracted from cleaning tank into slurry pump. The fine sand is collected by the centrifugal force of the cyclone, then fed to the polyurathane screen from the apex spray. The 0.16-3mm fine sand and water are efficiently separated through the vibration screen. The waste water will flow back to the return box, through weld chute or pipes flowing to a settling pond.

No.6 sand recycling machine, we still choose polyurethane screen as its main screening part, check its structure, we add recycling part on TS de-watering screen;sand after sand washer is fed onto polyurethane screen for de-watering waste sand water through steel chute or rubber pipe in water tank and extracted by slurry pump into high pressure sediment separator, fine sand 0.16-3mm is sprayed onto polyurethane screen also for de-watering, the waste water is back to return box and flowing out.
